The upper forms help with extensions, architectural restoration, and nail correction. Available in 5 shapes and 12 sizes, each set includes 120 pieces:
● Stiletto: For standard or slightly arched nail plates. Suitable for almond and oval shapes.
● Ballerina: For arched and upturned nails. Suitable for long ballerina and almond shapes.
● Square: For gryphotic nails. Suitable for short extensions in square and oval shapes.
● Pointe: For 80% of nail plate types. Suitable for arched, onychogryphotic, and upturned nails. Allows for short ballerina, pointe, almond, and oval shapes.
● Oval: For standard or flat nail plates. Suitable for stiletto, almond, oval, ballerina, or short square shapes.
● Square Universal: For arched, standard, and upturned nails. The shifted apex zone allows for long extensions. Suitable for clear arched square extensions.

APPLICATION METHOD:
1. Standard nail plate preparation, specifically:
○ Surface filing with a 240 grit file or buffer
○ Degreasing the nail plate
○ Applying a dehydrator
○ Primer/ultrabond (acid-free primer) should be applied with a semi-dry brush, avoiding contact with the skin. It is best applied to the nail tip without layering.
2. Apply a thin or rubbing layer of clear elastic base.
3. Cure.
4. Select the form size for the nail.
5. Place the material in the form.
6. Apply the form to the nail with a pressing motion.
7. Cure with an LED flashlight for 15 seconds.
8. Check the inner side and remove excess material if necessary.
9. Continue curing in the lamp for 60 seconds.
10. Carefully detach the upper form from the modeled nail.
